Wherever customers write from, they get an answer
Telegram bot, phone calls, email and your website all feed one queue. Every request has a number, an owner, a deadline and a history.
Dilnoza paid, but her subscription didn't turn on. What happens next?
-
The customer writes to your Telegram bot
No app to install, no sign-up. She can send a receipt screenshot or a voice message.
-
A ticket opens by itself and reaches the right person
Rule: if the message mentions "payment", send it to the Billing team. Inside the team it goes to the least busy agent.
-
The agent replies in one click
The customer card shows past requests, company and phone. A canned reply drops in from a template, and a mistake can be undone.
-
It's a bug in the product. An issue is created
The agent creates a bug from the ticket. Three more customers reported the same thing that day — all linked to one bug.
-
Fixed — 4 customers are notified automatically
Each one in their own channel: Telegram users on Telegram, email users by email.
-
The customer confirms and rates
"Is your issue resolved?" — Dilnoza taps "Yes" and gives 5 stars. The rating counts toward Aziz's and the Billing team's reports.

No. Your existing FreePBX or Asterisk connects through a connector. If you don't have one, use the cloud PBX.
We have a Telegram bot. Will it keep working?
You connect your bot's token — customers keep writing to the same bot, and replies go out from the panel.
What languages can agents work in?
The panel is available in Uzbek, Russian and English. Each agent picks their own.
Can other companies see our data?
No. Each organization's data is isolated at the database level, and files and messages are stored separately.
